SPACE PLANNING
Development of multiple layout proposals to define key functional zones within the space.
Furniture layout concepts for each area.
Preparation of 2D floor plans (top-down view) providing a clear understanding of spatial potential and various approaches to functional optimisation.

CONCEPT DESIGN
Creation of a mood board with curated references, style concepts, and sample product selections.
Selection of the colour palette, flooring finishes, materials, and decorative elements.
Development of a 3D model and photorealistic visualisations for each room included in the project scope.

DETAILED DESIGN
Production of a complete set of technical drawings based on the approved concept design.
These drawings ensure accurate and efficient implementation of the design during the construction and fit-out stages.

COST ESTIMATION
This stage involves obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Based on the completed technical design, a full cost assessment of the project is carried out and a budget for implementation is prepared.
06
PROJECT EXECUTIONS MONITORING
This includes either authorship supervision or full project management.
