INTERIOR DESIGN
This service includes:
Initial Meeting and Brief – A preliminary consultation to define the project brief and client requirements.
Architectural Survey of Existing Conditions – Organisation of a full measured survey of the property, including dimensions, ceiling heights and detailed recording of existing electrical and plumbing installations.
Space Planning – Development of functional layouts that optimise flow, proportions, and usability.
Concept Design – Creation of a 3D model and photorealistic visualisations incorporating real products, furniture, finishes and materials.
Technical Design – Preparation of all technical drawings required for construction and implementation. The technical documentation includes: demolition and construction plans, space planning and layout drawings, reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts, socket and switch layouts, plumbing schematics, wall finish schedules, flooring plans, detailed drawings of bespoke elements and specific construction details
Kitchen Design – Complete design of the kitchen including layout, materials, appliances and bespoke joinery.
Detailed Furniture and Custom Joinery Drawings – Full technical drawings for bespoke furniture and made to measure joinery items.
Full Specification and Bill of Quantities – A comprehensive specification of all products included in the design, accompanied by quantity take offs.
Budgeting – Procurement of supplier and contractor quotations and preparation of a detailed budget schedule covering all products, materials and quantities required for execution.
*A client may request this feature as a part of the design project regardless if author’s supervision is chosen. This feature is part of the design project when full project management is chosen by client.
AUTHOR’S SUPERVISION
Author’s supervision involves scheduled site visits by Artekhaus to monitor the quality and accuracy of the implementation according to the approved design. While the client handles the execution, Artekhaus oversees the work of subcontractors from project initiation through completion. The studio also provides decision-making support in case of unforeseen circumstances that require design adjustments during execution.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management is an integrated service ensuring the precise and high-quality realisation of the interior design project. It ensures smooth coordination across all phases, from initial concept to project handover.
The service includes:
– Preparation of a detailed bill of quantities and cost breakdown, covering all required renovation works, products, and their associated costs, facilitating effective budget control.
– Full coordination of the construction process.
– Selection and engagement of subcontractors and suppliers for each project phase.
– Drafting of an indicative project timeline.
– Coordination of construction and installation works, ensuring clear communication among all contractors.
– Quality control and supervision of all on-site works.
– Procurement, delivery, and installation coordination of all specified items.
– Payment coordination and timeline tracking.
– Final inspection, quality assurance, and handover of the completed, fully furnished property to the client in a move in ready condition.

Consultation with an interior designer and preparation of a design brief

Creation of a 3D kitchen model using SketchUp
Photorealistic 3D renderings
One 360-degree panoramic visualisation
Full technical documentation, including:
