The overall concept of this project focuses on creating a contemporary and refined design, combining soft brown and beige hues with anthracite and terracotta orange accents. This palette maintains the warmth and inviting feel of the home. Each room has been designed with careful attention to detail and tailored to the client’s individual needs, resulting in an interior that is both stylish and comfortable. 

A unifying element throughout the living areas and bedroom is the flooring. A solid ash parquet laid in a chevron pattern with a natural finish and matte seal. 

Full height flush doors, finished to match the walls, enhance the seamless minimalist aesthetic of the space. 

To soften the strict geometry of the furniture forms, lighting fixtures with more organic lines were introduced. Concealed ambient ceiling lighting enhances the cosy atmosphere and adds depth to the interior. Ceiling mounted track lighting running from the entrance hall into the open plan living space creates a smooth visual transition between zones. 

In the entrance hall, a wall-mounted wardrobe with mirrored doors and integrated underlighting gives an immediate sense of lightness and spaciousness upon entering the apartment. Finished in neutral tones and minimal detailing, the space conveys order and calm. 

The open plan living area unites kitchen, dining, and relaxation zones, with each function carefully integrated to complement the others. The forms are precisely aligned, free from unnecessary ornamentation, prioritising everyday comfort and visual harmony. 

The bedroom continues the home’s neutral minimalist theme restrained yet thoughtfully considered. In addition to the standard furnishings wardrobe, bed and bedside tables the bedroom incorporates a desk, fulfilling the client’s request for an additional functional home office space. 

A notable design solution is the wardrobe arrangement. Rather than positioning it against a wall, it was shifted to create a dedicated dressing area within the bedroom. To ensure daylight flows into this zone, doors with black matte aluminium frames and brown tinted fluted glass were installed on both sides of the wardrobe. This approach enhances natural light throughout the room while providing practical, easy access to storage. Internal drawers were added for lingerie and smaller items, complemented by full height LED strip lighting. A strategically placed wall mirror enhances light and spatial perception, contributing to an airy and ordered feel. The wardrobe is seamlessly integrated into the layout, balancing aesthetics and function. 

In the bathroom, functionality is maximised by dividing the space into a shower area and a bathtub area, creating an efficient and convenient layout. Natural materials and clean lined elements are combined with functional accents, including black metal fixtures. 

The guest restroom, which also serves as a utility space, features a monochrome scheme highlighted by a freestanding basin an unconventional but striking choice that introduces softness and character to the compact interior. 

Inspired by coffee shades and the softness of natural textures, this interior embodies a balanced aesthetic where modern minimalism meets the warmth of earthy tones.
